BobCat recalls, offsite requests, renewals: temporary change
There will be a temporary change in placing online requests for recalls and offsite materials and making online renewals while we move to a new BobCat:
- Beginning July 10th, online renewals, recalls and requests for offsite material will not be available through BobCat directly.
- To renew materials or place a request for offsite material, you can contact Bobst Circulation either in person or at patron.question@library.nyu.edu or 212.998.2530.
- To request offsite materials, please be sure to include your name, library barcode and the full details of material needed, i.e. title, author and pages.
- To access checked out or otherwise unavailable material, NYU students, faculty, or staff, and Consortium students and faculty should place an interlibrary loan request for the item at: http://ill.library.nyu.edu/illiad/logon.html.
You will be able to renew material and place requests online in BobCat, once the new BobCat is available later in July. Overdue fines and fees will not accrue during this time period.
The new BobCat will be coming up soon and we’ll keep you posted about its availability and features through messages on LibLink, the NYU Libraries blog, and the library homepage.
